You are welcome at our resort from 15.00 hours. You may check in on Mondays until 17.00 hours and on Fridays until 20:00. Are you arriving outside the opening hours of the reception, please contact resort reception in due time.
Access to the resort/ holiday accommodation
The code that you previously received via email serves as a password for your holiday accommodation. You can drive directly through to your holiday accommodation upon arrival.
The entrance of the resort is located on the Kaapduinseweg. You can use this road for your navigation system. You will see the holiday resort as soon as you enter this road.
The login code of the free Wi-Fi can be found on the outside of the kitchen cabinet.
Your holiday accommodation comes complete with the inventory that corresponds to the number of people it was designed to accommodate.
Glassware: wine glasses, lemonade glasses, beer glasses
Cookware: Set of saucepans, frying pan
Tableware: coffee cups, tea saucers, mugs and / or tea cups, soup bowls and / or deep plates, breakfast plates, large plates, dessert plates, bowls and egg cups
Cutlery: knives, spoons, forks, coffee spoons and / or tea spoons, salad servers, sauce spoon, vegetable spoons and ladle
Other household items: potato peeler, ashtray, can opener, cheese grater, corkscrew, pot coaster, cutting board, teapot, strainer, garbage bags, dustpan, broom, toilet brush set, vacuum cleaner, mop
On the day of your departure, you must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 am. We ask you to turn on the dishwasher before departure. We will empty it for you. Moreover, you needn’t take of the bed linen, we also do this for you.
When you check out, the villa should be clean in accordance with the conditions listed in the cleaning set in your villa. After you check out, the cleaning service will inspect your holiday accommodation. In conjunction with this ‘final inspection’, we are obliged to charge you a deposit of € 65 per reserved accommodation per period. This amount will be refunded to your account during the week following your departure provided the accommodation was left in the condition stipulated in our terms, and provided we have your bank/giro account number in our system.
